Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last updated: March 2026. Mangala Books follows a strict exchange-only policy. No monetary refunds are provided under any payment mode.

Exchange is considered only when the book/product is delivered in damaged condition due to dispatch, packing, or handling from our side, after verification by our support team.
Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery with order ID and clear proof (photos/video). Requests beyond this 2-day deadline will not be accepted.
Exchange is not allowed for customer-caused damage under any condition. If the customer has torn, marked, wet, mishandled, or otherwise damaged the product after delivery, the request will be rejected. Change-of-mind returns are also not accepted.
We do not process any refunds (cash, UPI, card, bank transfer, or wallet) at any time. For eligible cases only, replacement/exchange will be provided.
Contact our team via phone, email, or contact form with order ID, product details, and issue photos/video within 2 days of delivery. Our support team will verify eligibility and guide the exchange process for approved cases.
